Full-Body Combination Shiatsu/Swedish: designed to help move blood and lymph through your system promoting health and strengthening immunity.
Deep Tissue: deep soothing strokes to break up adhesions and knotting.
Reflexology: specific work on the feet under the theory that all areas of the body are represented there.
